Sweat Vault Instructors take your goals of well-being seriously, wholly considering the connection of mind, body, and spirit. We understand that new journeys can be challenging, and our mission is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your full potential. Utilizing heat and humidity, paired with a fun, welcoming, and judgement-free environment; we pride ourselves on being a safe space for all of our community members to show up, grow, improve, and prosper.
The studio is made up of two vaults: Vault I & Vault II. Vault I is our hot room; where our heated classes, such as yoga, barre, pilates, and recovery formats, take place with temperatures from 90-108 degrees F & 40-50% relative humidity. Vault II is our non-heated room, where higher intensity modalities take place such as H.I.I.T, Kettlebells, boxing, battle ropes, and more. These two different environment will bring your practice and experience to the next level.
